Alice SIREYJOL
Alice Sireyjol is Head of Sustainable Finance and a member of the Executive Committee at SWEN Capital Partners. She leads a team of 11 professionals and oversees the development of the firm’s sustainability strategy and policy, as well as its implementation in collaboration with all SWEN CP teams.
An agricultural engineer by training, Alice has over 15 years of international experience in sustainable finance, ESG strategy, and natural capital valuation. Prior to joining SWEN CP, she spent four years with one of the world’s largest asset managers, where she developed innovative responsible investment frameworks aligned with leading international best practices, particularly in the areas of climate and biodiversity.
Recognised for her pioneering approaches to the strategic integration of environmental issues, Alice has built her career at the intersection of business and the life sciences.
