Ecoparts: Leading B2C and B2B distributor of home appliance spare parts

Founded in 2023, Ecoparts was created from the merger of SOS Accessoire, France’s leading self-repair and spare parts distribution company, and the IRIS group. The new entity positions itself as a key player in the European household appliance spare parts market, with the ambition of building the French champion in the sector. The group employs more than 250 people and stands out for its fully integrated in-house operations, ensuring agility and flexibility to adapt to consumer expectations.

A leading player at the heart of the circular economy

Founded in 2008, SOS Accessoire, now Ecoparts following its merger with IRIS, has become a French leader in online distribution of spare parts for household appliances. With a comprehensive offering for both individual consumers (B2C) and professional repairers (B2B), the Group is committed to extending the lifespan of appliances and making repair accessible to all. Its fully digital model—supported by an extensive catalog and innovative services such as video assistance and repair workshops—ensures agility and competitiveness. Driven by favorable societal and regulatory trends, Ecoparts aims to become the European champion of appliance repair, combining positive environmental impact with sustainable value creation.

An investment project serving more responsible consumption

Ecoparts is driven by a clear mission: to democratize self-repair and extend the life of household appliances. In doing so, the Group significantly reduces household waste by promoting reuse over replacement. Its approach also focuses on optimising logistics and supply chains to minimize its carbon footprint, while leveraging industrial synergies and investments in automation to enhance efficiency. Strongly rooted in local communities, Ecoparts works with a network of regional partners to develop accessible solutions and strengthen the circular economy closer to consumers. These initiatives, combined with an ambitious European growth strategy, reflect the Group’s commitment to aligning positive environmental impact, household savings, and sustainable performance in the service of its clients and society.
