SWEN Capital Partners appoints Alice Sireyjol
to lead Sustainable Finance
SWEN Capital Partners, the sustainable investment manager, has today announced the appointment of Alice Sireyjol as Director of Sustainable Finance. She joins from Amundi Asset Management, where she was Deputy Head of Responsible Investment Development, and will become a member of SWEN CP’s Executive Committee, leading an 11-person team responsible for the firm’s sustainable finance strategy and policy.
With a background in agronomy, Alice Sireyjol has spent over fifteen years working with financial institutions and corporates on the design and implementation of their climate, biodiversity and sustainable transformation strategies. Recognised for her pioneering approaches to the strategic integration of environmental challenges, she has built her career at the intersection of the economic world and the life sciences.
Biographie
Alice Sireyjol trained as an agronomic engineer at the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and holds a Specialized Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris. She has more than 15 years’ experience developing sustainable strategies and transformation programmes in France and internationally.
She began her career at Standard & Poor’s / Trucost and PwC in London, before joining EY as a Senior Manager. She later moved to Amundi Asset Management, where she served as Deputy Head of Responsible Investment Development. Alice now joins SWEN Capital Partners in 2026 as Director of Sustainable Finance and member of the Executive Committee, with responsibility for leading the firm’s sustainable finance strategy and policy.
