Yasmine DHAOUI

Yasmine is Legal & KYC Director. Working with executive management and the sales and investment teams, her department manages the legal and regulatory structuring of the mutual funds under management and the provision of investment services. It also ensures compliance with regulations on European commercial passports and private international investments.

Yasmine holds a master’s degree in business law and an executive master’s degree in finance. She has seven years of experience in investment fund structuring and international fundraising, including five years with the legal department of Tikehau Investment Management. She joined SWEN CP in 2022.
