ResidSocial welcomes SWEN CP, Amundi and Colam Impact to accelerate growth
When investment becomes a driver of inclusion: SWEN Capital Partners supports ResidSocial in transforming run-down hotels into dignified living spaces.
We are proud to announce SWEN Capital Partners’ participation in ResidSocial’s first capital opening, alongside Amundi and Colam Impact. This strategic transaction will enable the company to double its accommodation capacity within three years, providing dignified, stable, and structuring housing to more than 3,000 people every day.
A key player in inclusion through housing, ResidSocial renovates older establishments to turn them into residences that are refurbished and adapted to families’ needs. This model is part of a comprehensive social support pathway: access to rights, food assistance, professional integration, French language classes, and school support.
This transaction fully reflects our ambition: to mobilize capital to generate concrete, lasting, and measurable impact, and to contribute to a more inclusive society.
