Christopher UNDERWOOD

Christopher is Managing Director of Mezzanine Debt, with a clear ambition to further develop flexible debt solutions to support companies that are committed or undergoing transition in the context of succession, business growth, or capital reorganization, with or without the involvement of investment funds.

He is a graduate of NEOMA Business School and holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management in Toronto. Christopher began his career in management consulting, business valuation, and transaction services, where he spent eight years. He then joined the Structured Finance team at Ixis (now Natixis) for five years, before focusing on mezzanine financing—both sponsored and sponsorless transactions—notably with Access Capital Partners, from 2011 to 2025.
