This first report marks an important milestone for us: a commitment to transparency—regarding our engagement, our progress, and the challenges that still lie ahead.
It outlines the journey we have undertaken during this first year of implementing our Mission: structuring our roadmap, mobilizing all our stakeholders, reflecting on our management tools, and evaluating our initial actions.
But above all, this document tells a collective story. That of a company that has chosen to embrace a demanding mission—putting investment at the service of Nature—and is now striving to embody it in its decisions, practices, and culture. This first report seeks to reflect the active involvement of our teams and our Mission Committee in raising our standards and aligning our actions ever more clearly with our convictions.
As this is a starting point, the report also presents the ongoing projects and areas for improvement we have identified. Far from being a mere communication exercise, it reflects a sincere and constructive dynamic.
