Roger THIAM

Head of Information Systems and Data Science

Roger oversees the strategic management of information technologies and data mining. His role is to optimise the IS to support investment activities, financial and ESG data analysis, and operational efficiency. Using technological innovation, he strives to strengthen SWEN CP’s competitive position in private markets.

With a degree in financial engineering from Cy Tech (formerly EISTI) and a master’s degree in business information systems and data analysis – financial intelligence from Paris Dauphine, he began his career as a consultant with eFront/BlackRock, where he worked with institutions such as Suva, BPI, Meridiam, Tikehau, Ardian, the African Development Bank and Lombard Odier. He joined SWEN CP in 2016.
