Pierre MARC

Pierre is legal counsel in taxation for all of SWEN CP’s activities. He advises the investment teams on structuring and support functions in a wide range of tax-related topics.

After studying general law and specialising in international taxation, Pierre worked on the tax teams of several law firms. He joined Société Générale Securities Services as a service provider to approximately 30 management companies, including SWEN CP, which he joined following the creation of its legal and tax team in 2021.
