Paul COUTURIER

Paul is the fund legal counsel Senior Associate. He assists the investment teams with the launch of investment vehicles, attending to the various legal and corporate aspects of each fund, and carries out all the legal procedures necessary for the smooth running of SWEN.

After studying business law in France and abroad, at Sapienza Università di Roma and Saint Mary’s University, Paul worked as an intern at several business law firms, including Jeantet in Corporate and M&A, and completed a work-and-study programme with ODDO BHF’s legal division specialised in asset management. He joined SWEN CP in 2023.
