Olivier RAYBAUD

Olivier is the co-managing director of Blue Ocean, the venture capital strategy dedicated to ocean health. He co-manages the investment team to source, analyse, structure and monitor investment opportunities in startups that have innovated to combat the three main threats to our oceans: overfishing, ocean pollution and climate change.

Olivier holds an engineering degree in life sciences from AgroParisTech, an executive MBA from INSEAD and completed further training with the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF). He has twenty years of experience in banking (Crédit Lyonnais, Crédit Agricole CIB and BNP Paribas), including two and a half years in Cameroon and five years in China. Olivier co-founded the Blue Ocean investment strategy in 2018 and joined SWEN in 2021 for its first launch.
