Jérôme DELMAS

Co-founder and CEO of SWEN Capital Partners, Jérôme holds a strong conviction: finance must be a driver of positive transformation. For over 25 years, he has been working to promote a new way of investing: more responsible, more demanding, and more committed.

After starting his career as a financial analyst, he joined the OFI Group in 2000, where he helped create OFI Private Equity as CEO and member of the Executive Board. In 2008, he launched the private markets business unit of OFI Asset Management, which became SWEN Capital Partners in 2015, a company he has led since its inception.
Under his leadership, SWEN CP has established itself as a key player in the private markets space, placing impact at the heart of every decision. Jérôme deeply believes in the power of collective action and the responsibility of the investor: to empower teams, to open new paths, and to ensure that every euro invested contributes to a more sustainable future.
