Edouard BOUKARI

Edouard serves as Principal within the direct investment team specializing in mezzanine debt and flex equity. His daily role primarily involves both fundraising and strategic deployment, while overseeing investments throughout their lifecycle, from origination to completion.

A graduate of Edhec Business School, Edouard started his professional journey at Marlborough Partners, where he spent three years focusing on debt advisory, before joining SWEN CP in early 2024.
