SWEN Capital Partners is proud to support Negratín, alongside TiLT Capital Partners, by taking part in a new strategic phase of its development through the acquisition of a 38% stake in the company.
Based in Spain, Negratín Global Services is an international group specializing in integrated solutions for the energy sector. With over 4.5 GW of projects delivered worldwide and a team of 500 professionals, Negratín has established itself as a key player in the design and construction of solar projects.
The company is now entering a new phase by also focusing on the development and operation of its own photovoltaic power plants.
With the support of SWEN CP and TiLT CP, the company will be able to increase the size and scope of its projects, strengthen its role as a general contractor, accelerate the construction of its own plants, and boost its international expansion.
This operation marks the beginning of an ambitious growth phase for Negratín, in a particularly favorable context for renewable energy.
